Grilled Chicken and Sweet Potato Skewers


1Ib. skinless, boneless Travis Chicken thighs, cubed

¼ tsp of kosher salt

1 large orange flesh sweet potato cubed

1 bunch spring onions and kale cut into 1” pieces

Cooking Directions:

Step one;

Season the chicken thigh with salt and black pepper; thread onto skewers along with the sweet potato, kale and spring onions, cut into 1” pieces

Step two;

Grill on medium-high for 10mins turning once, until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F).
