1 large orange flesh sweet potato cubed

1 bunch spring onions and kale cut into 1” pieces

8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Freshly ground black pepper

2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/3c. honey

Spicy Lime and Honey Bbq Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

2 cup barbecue sauce

Juice of 1 lime

2 tbsp. honey

1tbsp. hot sauce

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1Ib. boneless skinless chicken breast

Vegetable oil, for grill
